This was an action on the case brought by appellee against the appellant, to recover damages from the appellant, on account of being expelled from the railroad train of the latter while he was on it as a passenger between the station of Leland and Earlville, -en route to the latter point, in April, 1880. The verdict and judgment of the court below was $500 against the appellant.
