OPINION
DOYLE, Justice.
This is an appeal from the granting of a summary judgment in favor of the appel-lee, Texas American Bank/Galleria. The trial court found that there was no disputed issue of fact and that as a matter of law, the two-year statute of limitations had run on the appellant’s cause of action.
The resolution of this appeal is predicated upon the date that appellant’s cause of action accrued. A partial recitation of the facts is necessary to make this determination.
