Action to recover the purchase price of a gasoline pump and fixtures. The plaintiff alleged, and sought to recover upon, a written contract. The Circuit Judge directed a verdict for the plaintiff, and, from judgment thereon, the defendant appeals.

On January 25, 1923, the defendant (corporation), through its president and treasurer, L. G. Meador, executed and delivered to one W. H. Trammell an order in writing, directed to the plaintiff (corporation) at Ft. Wayne, Ind., for the purchase of a certain gasoline pump and fixtures. That…
