On November 20, 2013, the respondent entered a plea of guilty in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, before the Honorable Elizabeth A. Jenkins, to one count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, in violation of 18 USC § 1349, a felony.
