MEMORANDUM OPINION
(July 29, 2008)
Before the Court is the motion of defendants Edwin R. Padgett (“Padgett”) and Wingmark Corporation (“Wingmark”) (collectively, the “Defendants”) for summary judgment against the plaintiffs, Robert Miller (“Miller”) and Matthew Anderson (“Anderson”) (together, the *435“Plaintiffs”). For the reasons stated below, the Court will grant the motion.
