This is an action for damages for personal injuries. Plaintiff recovered a verdict and judgment in the sum of $2500. Defendants have appealed.
The facts show that plaintiff, who was a telephone operator about twenty-three years of age, was injured on July 14, 1928, while riding upon a roller coaster at Winnwood Beach near Kansas City. At this place defendants operated an amusement park wherein were situated various concessions, including the roller coaster in question.
