Plaintiff sued the heirs and beneficiaries in the will of Samuel Rosenberg, deceased, praying for specific performance of an alleged orál agreement whereby, plaintiff alleged, in consideration of personal services rendered and to be rendered, deceased promised to devise and bequeath one-fourth of his estate to plaintiff.
