MEMORANDUM OPINION
BLACKWELL N. SHELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on the trustee’s Complaint to recover preferential, unauthorized, voluntary or fraudulent transfers under 11 U.S.C. §§ 547, 550, 549, 544(b), and 548 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. The debtor, Springfield Contracting Corp., filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 on August 30, 1989. Kevin R. Huennekens, trustee for the bankruptcy estate, filed his complaint on February 10, 1992. This Court entered an order approving compromise on November 13, 1992, which dismissed James H. Marx,…
