This bill is brought by Eliza A. Wall, in her individual capacity and also as liquidating partner of the late *341firm of William Wall’s Sons, against five defendants. As to three of them the bill has been dismissed for want of service, and the remaining defendants, the Old Colony Trust Company and Charles H. Pearson, have each demurred to the bill. Among the grounds of demurrer are, first, the want of necessary parties; and, second, the want of equity.
