Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed August 15, 2007, which ruled, among other things, that the presumption of a causally related death pursuant to Workers’ Compensation Law § 21 had been rebutted.
Claimant’s husband (hereinafter decedent), a tractor-trailer driver, died after suffering a cardiac arrest. Decedent arrived for work at approximately 11:30 a.m. that day, after being assigned to drive an empty trailer to West Virginia.
