This is a proceeding to secure probate of the instrument propounded as the last will and testament of the deceased, such probate being opposed upon the grounds of alleged fraudulent alteration, undue influence, and lack of testamentary capacity.
Solander Carver died at the town of Great Valley, in the County of Cattaraugus, on the 1.4th day of February, 1893, at the age of 69 years, leaving him surviving his widow, Rebecca Carver, one sister, several nephews and nieces, but no children or lineal descendants, and possessed of real estate of the value of about $7,000, and personal…
