RULINGS ON MOTIONS TO DISMISS

ROTH, District Judge.

The plaintiffs bring this action on behalf of themselves and all other Negro real estate agents, brokers, and salesmen in the City of Detroit, and all other Negro prospective real estate purchasers in the Detroit Metropolitan Area.

The plaintiff Cotillion Club is alleged to be a membership non-profit corporation, existing, among other things, for the purpose of promoting civic betterment and civil rights of its members— all of whom are Negro professional and business men, who are prospective real estate purchasers and sellers in the Detroit…
