Fair v. Multiple Injury Trust Fund
Court of Civil Appeals of Oklahoma
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION
GOODMAN, C.J.
1 1 This is a proceeding to review an order of a Workers' Compensation Court three-judge panel modifying an award of temporary total disability benefits, The issue is whether competent evidence supports the trial court's holding that, because the claimant was not a physically impaired person at the time of her latest injury, the court lacked jurisdiction to impose liability. Based upon our review of the record and applicable law, we vacate the order and remand with directions.
