This action was brought to recover damages to an automobile which, the plaintiff claims, were caused after it had been stolen. The defendant denied liability. The cause was tried to the court without a jury, and resulted in findings of fact and conclusions of law sustaining the right of recovery, and a judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the sum of $275. From this judgment the defendant appeals.
