11 This case presents the issue of whether the email communications of an employee of a public agency, via the public agency’s email system, on private political matters with private individuals, are subject to disclosure under Louisiana’s Public Records Law, LSA-R.S. 44:1 et seq., when those emails have been referenced in audits of the public agency.
