The plaintiff has asked that judicial notice be taken of a March 2, 2017 AAA Interim Arbitration Award, which found that Allscripts’ claims were “barred by their respective statutes of limitations,” that Allscripts was not entitled to a fee award, and that Physicians Healthsource is entitled to recover its reasonable costs incurred in the arbitration, including attorneys’ fees.
