This is primarily a suit to determine the proper disposition of certain moneys derived from the sale of real estate belonging to the estate of Robert A. Crews, deceased, of which his widow, Sallie E. Crews, and defendant, Robert N. Crews, were executors, together with interest received thereon by said executors and rents collected by them prior to the sale of such real estate.
