MICHAEL, Circuit Judge.

James Anthony Mason appeals the district court’s sentencing determination that he is a career offender under U.S. Sentencing Guidelines Manual § 4B1.1 (1998). Mason argues that he is not a career offender because his 1981 state conviction for unarmed robbery (committed when he was sixteen) should not have been counted.
