*1288Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Christopher J. Burns, J.), rendered October 3, 2012. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of scheme to defraud in the first degree and practice of law by a disbarred attorney.
It is hereby ordered that said appeal from the judgment insofar as it imposed sentence is unanimously dismissed and the judgment is affirmed.
