KELLY, Judge.
The Cuivre River Electric Cooperative, Inc., a rural electric cooperative incorporated under Chapter 394 RSMo. 1969, prosecutes this appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Charles County, Missouri, permanently enjoining it from servicing an area annexed into the City of St. Peters with electrical power and energy, except with respect to twelve members of the cooperative who were being serviced prior to January 6, 1976, the day after the annexation of the area involved became effective, and those persons accepted as members who have or will become subsequent occupants…
