This litigation involves deposit certificates in two different financial institutions. The First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Smith filed an interpleader action in the Johnson County Chancery Court against Y. A. Murphy, and Lewis A. Willey, Administrator of the Estate of Pearl Bailey, the association asking the court to determine the ownership of Certificate No. N-6319 in the amount of $8,000.00.
