These writs of error bring up for review the judgments entered in the Supreme Court after a third trial of the three causes. All three were tried together before Mr. Justice Swayze at the Union Circuit, and verdicts rendered for the respective plaintiffs. Upon rule to show cause the verdicts were set aside except as to a minor claim which has never been seriously questioned.
