Hahn System v. Stroud

Plaintiff brought this action in the district court for Douglas county to enjoin the extension upon the tax records and the collection of certain taxes assessed against it for the year 1921. Defendants filed a demurrer to the petition, which was sustained by the court, and plaintiff has appealed.
