The plaintiff brought this action to quiet her title to lot 9, in block 16, in Ambler Place, an addition to the city of Omaha.. She alleges that the defendant is in possession thereof, claiming title to the same under a tax deed issued by the treasurer of Douglas county under what is known as the “Scavenger Tax Law.” The district court sustained *571a demurrer interposed to tlie petition, and dismissed the action, and the record has been brought here on appeal.
