delivered the opinion of the court.

Bobert J. Weidler, a yard conductor of the Pennsylvania Bailroad Company, was injured in an accident involving an industrial truck owned and operated by the Westinghouse Electric Corporation. The accident took place on the premises of Westinghouse in Sharon, Pennsylvania, while Weidler was weighing a railroad car on scales which were located on a switch track within the Westinghouse building.
