Appellant Charles Edward Goodwin appeals his judgment of conviction for aggravated robbery and attempted capital-felony murder and his sentence of life imprisonment for the attempted capital murder.
The facts in this case are gleaned from witnesses at trial and Goodwin’s statement to police officers.
