Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Neary, J.), rendered August 5, 2015, as amended August 11, 2015, convicting him of robbery in the third degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree, attempted rape in the first degree, attempted sexual abuse in the first degree, and criminal obstruction of breathing, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
