Appeal by the defendants, the Arvernam Company and another, from a judgment of the County Court of Queens county in favor of the plaintiff, entered in the office of the clerk of the county of Queens on the 3d day of June, 1896, affirming a judgment of a justice of the peace of the town of Hempstead, and also from an order-entered in said clerk’s office on the 1st day of June, 1896, upon which said judgment was entered.
