This case comes to us on appeal from the sustaining of defendant’s demurrer to the plaintiffs’ amended petition.
The plaintiffs’ action is based on an alleged breach of a written lease. The plaintiffs, in their amended petition, allege that, on or about the 19th day of May, 1930, they entered into a lease contract with the defendant, Mid-AVest Enterprise Company, a corporation, whereby the defendant leased to the plaintiffs property located in Oklahoma City to be used by the plaintiffs as a theatre.
