— This Court has before it for consideration a Petition for Alternative Writ of Mandate and Writ of Prohibition and Responses, in which appellant seeks an alternative writ of mandate and writ of prohibition against Hon. Charles Thompson, the regular judge of the Boone Circuit Court, and the Hon.
