We review the District Court’s judgment dismissing with prejudice appellants’ claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1964(c) (1988), and state law for failure to state any claim upon which relief may be granted. Appellants claim that the District Court committed reversible error in dismissing the RICO claims without granting leave to amend; in dismissing the state claims with prejudice; and in sanctioning them and their attorney under Rule 11 of the Federal Rules…
