I disagree with the conclusion reached by the majority that a "third-party” claim under Section 14(a) of the Civil Practice Act is necessarily “ancillary” to the main suit so that the venue of the main suit attaches thereto. Section 82 of the Civil Practice Act (Code Ann. § 81A-182) specifically provides that nothing in that Act shall be construed to extend or limit the jurisdiction of the courts or the venue of the actions therein.
