Norma Henninger (“Norma”) appeals from the district court’s entry of summary judgment in this contractual dispute brought under Georgia state law, in which Norma alleged that she — rather than her son Joseph’s ex-wife, Denise Henninger (“Denise”) — was entitled to the proceeds of Joseph’s $150,000 life insurance policy.
