This case presents a question of first impression in this Circuit.

Terrance Golden appeals from the district court’s dismissal of his claim pursuant to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, 15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq., and several state law claims arising from his purchase of a defective automobile from Gorno Bros., Inc.
