Defendant, Hector Chavarria, was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child and sentenced to life imprisonment and a fine of $10,000. On appeal, he asserts the expert testimony of a psychologist specializing in the area of child sexual abuse was unreliable pursuant to Texas Rule of Evidence 702 because the expert did not testify about the rate of error of his methodology, and because his method ology had not been submitted for peer review. We affirm.
