Tomas G. Ervin appeals from the district court’s 1 denial of his claim to recover $7,876.63 deducted from his earnings for maintenance costs by the Missouri Division of Corrections while he was enrolled in its Institutional Work Release Program.- He argues that the deduction deprived him of his property without due process of law. We affirm the judgment of the district court.
