Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Harold Rothwax, J.), rendered July 11, 1988, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of burglary in the first degree and sentencing him, as a predicate felon, to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 4 Vi to 9 years, unanimously affirmed.

During the evening of October 12, 1987, the defendant Edward Armstrong was caught ransacking an apartment at West 172nd Street. A loaded shotgun, boltcutter and screwdrivers were found in his possession.
