This is the second appearance of this workers’ compensation case in this court. See Mansfield Enterprises, Inc. v. Warren, 154 Ga. App. 863 (270 SE2d 72) (1980). In the first appeal we held that Danny Lashley, the deceased husband of appellant Warren, was an *786employee of Mansfield Enterprises, Inc. for purposes of workers’ compensation. The case was remanded to the board for further consideration. On remand, the ALJ found that Mansfield Enterprises, Inc. did not have three employees “regularly in service” in accordance with Code Ann. § 114-107 and denied benefits to Lashley’s…
