The Bank of Hazelton is a domestic banking corporation. In 1928 it was closed by the banking authorities and placed in the hands of a receiver. Thereafter, acting under the provisions of section 20, chapter 99, S. L. 1927, more than 80 per cent of the deposit creditors entered into an agreement to reorganize and reopen the bank. The banking department approved the proposed reorganization plan.
