GIVAN, Justice.
A jury trial resulted in the conviction of appellant of Criminal Confinement While Armed with a Deadly Weapon, a Class B felony; Criminal Deviate Conduct While Armed with a Deadly Weapon, a Class A felony; and Rape While Armed with a Deadly Weapon, a Class A felony. He received concurrent sentences of ten (10), thirty (30), and thirty (80) years, respectively. He was also found to be an habitual offender, for which his Rape sentence was enhanced by twenty (20) years for a total executed sentence of fifty (50) years.
