This is an employee's petition for benefits under the workmen's compensation act. The trial commissioner awarded the petitioner total incapacity benefits for a period of two months but denied his prayer for compensation for an alleged partial incapacity during the period subsequent to the two months. The petitioner was also granted a counsel fee. Both parties appealed to the full commission.
