By constitutional prohibition (sec. 2, art. 22, Const, of Okla.) a corporation doing business in this state shall not “buy, acquire, trade or deal in” rural real estate “except such as shall be necessary and proper” for carrying on the business for which such corporation was chartered and licensed.
