This case is here for the second time. Moran v. Catlett, 93 Neb. 158. It comes on appeal from the judgment of the district court in favor of the plaintiffs. It involves title to the southeast quarter of section 13, township 10 north, range 39 west of the sixth P. M., in Perkins eonnty, Nebraska. The action is brought by the plaintiffs to set aside certain conveyances founded upon alleged tax sale certificate foreclosure proceedings, and to be allowed to pay the taxes against said land and to redeem it.
