Plaintiff Melvin E. Darrough appeals from April 21, 1978, and November 22, 1978, orders of the circuit court of Woodford County respectively entering judgment on a jury verdict in favor of defendant White Motor Company and against plaintiff, and denying his post-trial motion. He had sued for damages for personal injuries incurred on August 8, 1975, when he fell while dismounting from the cab of a 1974 Road Commander I truck tractor manufactured and sold by defendant.
