¶ 1. On February 1, 2007, Erika L. Fel-ter filed a petition to controvert with the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission (Commission) alleging that she had sustained injuries to her neck, upper and lower back, head, right and left knees, left hip, and left arm and hand as a result of a car accident that occurred while she was working as a territory manager for FloorServ Inc.
