Presently before the court is plaintiffs motion to disqualify the Bond, Schoeneck & King (BSK) Law firm from representing any of the defendants 1 in this action. (Dkt. No. 52). The defendants have responded in opposition to plaintiffs motion, and plaintiff has filed a reply. (Dkt.Nos.56, 57). I heard oral argument on the motion to disqualify on September 2, 2004.
