This case comes to us through the Pulaski Circuit Court which reversed a finding of the Little Bock Civil Service Commission under which the appellee, Lucille Edith Tucker, was discharged from her position as account-clerk in the Finance Department of the City of Little Bock.

The record reflects that the appellee began work as an acconnt-clerk in the Finance Department of the City of Little Rock on February 8, 1959. She thereafter completed a six-month probationary period but on September 10, 1959, approximately one month after the probationary period, she…
