This is a contract case. Suit was instituted by appellee, Champion International Corporation, Del-Mar Division (Del-Mar), against Ronald J. Monesson (Monesson) for failure to pay for cabinets manufactured, sold and delivered under a contract to Monesson for a housing project known as “Chimney Hill Townhomes”.
