Bruce Saucier and Sandra D. Saucier (together “the debtors”), on May 17, 2002, jointly filed a petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. Their estate trustee filed a report of no distribution and the court, on September 3, 2002, granted the debtors a discharge. The debtors’ bankruptcy case was closed on November 4, 2002.
