This matter is before the Court upon the petition of The Florida Bar, acting through its Civil Procedure Rules Committee (petitioner), to modify Florida Rules of Civil Procedure 1.220(b).1 The petition for modi*96fication is opposed, principally by the Consumer Protection Law Committee of The Florida Bar (respondent).
